Ristorante Casini

 

One of the focal points of this richly endowed estate at Le Casacce is the restaurant, run by Chef Enrico Casini.

Having studied under top chefs in New York, Paris, London and Milan, Enrico is an experienced and talented chef, with a highly regarded reputation throughout Italy. As early as 1985, he was recognised as one of the best young chefs in Italy and he has continued to refine his culinary skills through the years.
                                         
With a passion that belies his dedication to culinary art, Enrico seeks out the finest local Tuscan produce in order to create dishes which capture the very soul of the region.

The relaxed and informal style restaurant is housed in the 16th Century farmhouse, with a large outside covered terrace for dining 'al fresco', overlooking the lawns and gardens.
