Looking out over the beautiful, peaceful Tuscan landscapes, Ponente is located on the first floor above Occidente.  There is a spacious living room, two large double/twin bedrooms and two shower rooms. The open plan kitchen includes oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and cafetiere.There is also an outdoor space with table and chairs.

Situated on the ground floor, there is a wonderfully relaxing terrace surrounded by fragrant herbs and looking onto the lawns and gardens. The apartment consists of a lovely double/twin bedroom, en-suite shower room, open plan living room with two single sofabeds and a simple kitchen with hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box and cafetiere.
