Central to the property is the gastronomic restaurant, run by the charismatic chef Enrico Casini and serving a varied selection of the best local dishes and specialities, together with a range of fine local wines. Facilities include two panoramic swimming pools and the resort is bordered by the famous vineyards of Montalcino, overlooking a true paradise of natural beauty - the Val D'Orcia - classified as a World Heritage site.
